Description
The AMSEC NF5924 is a compact gun safe offering verified burglary and fire protection in a narrow 24-inch-wide design. It carries a UL Residential Security Container burglary rating and an ETL-verified 90-minute fire rating tested at 1,200°F. Its 18-inch depth makes it easy to place in closets or other tight spaces, and the included UL listed ESL10 backlit electronic lock provides quick access.
Security and Fire Protection
The NF5924's UL RSC rating confirms that the safe has passed a standardized burglary-resistance test using specified hand tools. Its 1/4-inch steel plate door, four-way boltwork and 14 total locking bolts provide considerably more physical protection than an unrated gun cabinet.
For fire protection, the NF5924 is ETL verified for 90 minutes tested at 1,200°F while maintaining an internal temperature under 350°F. A dual door seal system includes a silicone seal and an expandable Palusol seal that helps restrict heat and smoke during a fire.
