Cancellation Window

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.

We will cancel your order before it is shipped, provided it has not already entered the fulfillment process.

Cancellations successfully processed within this window are free of charge — no cancellation fee and no restocking fee applies.

Because some orders may be submitted to our manufacturers or suppliers shortly after they are placed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products are built to order by the manufacturer, such as safes in a special color finish. These products are identified as made to order on the product page before purchase.

A made-to-order product may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order is placed with the manufacturer and can no longer be cancelled, and the product is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect remain covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

After Shipment

If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

Please contact us, and we will provide the applicable return instructions in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Once your return authorization is issued, please ship the eligible item within 10 business days, unless otherwise instructed.

Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply if your order has already shipped and is being returned due to a change of mind. The customer is also generally responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

Large safes, vault doors, and other oversized products may require LTL freight transportation for returns.
