At Fortiva Safe, we believe serious buyers deserve serious pricing. If you find the same product available from another U.S. retailer at a lower price, we will match it, subject to the conditions below.

How It Works

  • Find a lower price. Locate the identical product — same brand, same model number, and same configuration — at a verifiably lower price from another U.S. retailer.

  • Contact us before purchasing. Reach out via email at support@fortivasafe.com or call +1 217 439 6948 and share the link or screenshot showing the competitor's price.

  • We verify and match. We will confirm that the competitor is an established U.S. retailer selling a new, genuine, identical product and verify the applicable price before approving the price match.

What Qualifies

  • Same product: identical brand, model number, and configuration

  • Sold new by an established U.S. retailer, not a grey-market, marketplace or unauthorized reseller

  • The item must be new, in stock, and immediately available from the competitor

  • Price comparison must be current and verifiable within 7 days of your request

  • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and available for verification

  • The product must be available for delivery to the same destination under comparable shipping and delivery conditions

Price matching does not apply to auction sites, marketplace sellers, liquidation sales, clearance items, open-box products, used or refurbished products, pricing errors, special financing offers, bundled promotions, coupons, membership pricing, or limited-time offers that cannot be independently verified.
