Description
The Gardall 3822T15 is a commercial high security safe carrying a UL TL-15 burglary rating, meaning samples of this design were tested to resist a tool attack on the door for 15 minutes of net working time. Gardall Safe Corporation, based in Syracuse, New York, has manufactured safes since 1950.
Construction
- Door: 5-1/2" slab of high-density fiber-reinforced material
- Body: 2-1/2" slab of high-density barrier material
- Cross-locking relockers and a tempered glass relocking trigger
- Punch-resistant spindle, handle and lock; bridge-mounted lock
- Formed 1/8" stainless steel locking bar, 1-1/2" depth
- Heavy-duty adjustable ball-bearing hinges

- UL listed Group 2M combination lock (standard)

Fire protection
According to Gardall, this safe was fire tested to 1850°F with the interior staying below 350°F for 1 hour. This is a manufacturer fire test, not a UL fire rating.

Warranty
Gardall Limited One Year Warranty: Gardall warrants this safe to the original retail purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from purchase, and will repair or replace defective parts at its option. Transportation and labor charges for a repair are the purchaser's responsibility, and warranty work must be authorized by Gardall in advance (Return Goods Authorization). The Gardall registration card must be returned to qualify for warranty service. The warranty does not cover units that were improperly installed, misused, tampered with, burglarized, accidentally damaged, or not properly maintained.
